Skills Taught

Under the instruction of a beauty salon owner, our girls are being taught the skills necessary to become a beautician. The skills currently being taught are:

• Wedding & Event Make-Up
• Henna
• Haircuts
• Hair Coloring

Not only are the girls being taught these in-demand job skills, but they also start off every class with a Bible study. They are learning that true beauty comes from the inside-out.

As a beautician, women have the rare opportunity to directly impact the confidence of their clients. The satisfaction of helping their clients look and feel their best are what make a cosmetology career worthwhile. In a cosmetology training program or beauty school, they will have exposure in learning cutting edge trends to style their clients. Being able to recommend styles and treatments is a helpful tool when helping their clients choose new hairstyles. their clients will appreciate their knowledge and insight, giving you a very rewarding feeling! Through a variety of services and creativity our women  get to use, a cosmetology career is like no other!
